Who sells it

The Landowner's Ride Guide is sold by AMIR CAPITAL LLC, United States (“we”). Contact: russketteringatv@gmail.com.

What you buy

Digital books in PDF format, delivered by download right after payment. Nothing is shipped. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; where tax applies it is shown at checkout.

Your licence

You may read, print and keep the files for your own personal use, on all your own devices. You may not share, resell, upload or redistribute them, in whole or in part.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy. It does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Educational content

The books are educational. You are responsible for how you apply them and for your own safety. Safety-related figures follow official guidance at the time of writing; always check the current official guidance and local rules where you live.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the books is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
